The Customer 360 project is a comprehensive SQL-based analytics solution designed to extract, clean, and analyze complex e-commerce and web traffic data. Moving beyond basic aggregations, this project utilizes advanced PostgreSQL techniques to build a robust ETL pipeline and solve real-world operational challenges.
Overview
Cleaned and standardised 500K+ rows across multiple messy datasets, preparing raw data for analysis and reporting.
Applied SQL data-cleaning techniques including CASE expressions, pattern matching, text standardisation, date/timestamp handling and regular expressions to improve consistency across fields such as names, contact details, dates, monetary values, quantities, status and payment methods.
Created an analytics-ready cleaned dataset from the processed source data.
